We have been incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 under CIN U72900KA2021PTC147215 having its registered office at Wing ‘A’, Ground Floor, Office-1, Block- ‘A’, “SALARPURIA SOFT ZONE, Bellandur Village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru – 560103, Karnataka, India.
DTX’s Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) is an online exchange established with the approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to facilitate the discounting of invoices and bills of exchange across India. The primary participants include Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) ("Suppliers"), large corporations, including public sector undertakings and government departments ("Buyers"), and banks/Non-Banking Financial Companies ("Financiers") and Insurance Companies licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (“IRDAI”) . DTX offers an electronic platform that enables MSMEs to access supply chain finance at competitive rates through an open bidding process involving multiple Financiers.
ACCESS TO THE DTX WEBSITE AND THE REGISTRATION TERMS
To fully access the features and services of the DTX Website, you must enter into a Master Agreement with us, designating you as a ‘Buyer,’ ‘Seller,’ or ‘Financier’ (Member). If any discrepancies arise between the Terms of Use and the specific terms outlined in the relevant Master Agreement, the terms of the Master Agreement shall take precedence.
